Erin is experienced in public law and regulatory prosecutions. Prior to joining Luke Cunningham Clere, Erin was inhouse counsel at WorkSafe New Zealand, where she carried out prosecutions for the regulator, appearing in the District Court. Erin started her legal career at the Commerce Commission, as a public lawyer advising on Official Information, Privacy, and governance issues.
