2024-2025 Summer Internship for Ngā Rangahautira - Te Whanganui-a-Tara
Luke Cunningham Clere, is one of Aotearoa’s leading specialist litigation and public law firms, has an exciting summer internship opportunity for Ngā Rangahautira. The successful candidate will be offered a paid full-time position at our Te Whanganui-a-Tara office between November 2024 and February 2025 where they will assist with real legal work.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
You will work across a number of expert teams doing criminal prosecution, regulatory enforcement and public law work on behalf of a wide range of typically public-sector entities. You will work with some of Aotearoa’s best litigators in a firm dedicated to serving the community through the law.
As the Wellington Crown Solicitor’s office, we undertake criminal prosecutions for the Crown, Police and other public bodies. Our practice includes regulatory enforcement, civil and commercial litigation, public law advice and litigation, investigations advice and professional disciplinary proceedings. Few firms in New Zealand can offer lawyers the hands-on advocacy experience we do.
Being an intern is about providing you with real work experience. We will give you the training and support you need to complete tasks and the position will give you a really good idea on what life is like as a graduate solicitor and litigator at our firm.
