Joseph joined the firm in 2023, having previously worked at large commercial law firms in Wellington and Dunedin. He graduated from the University of Otago in 2020. His recent work includes:

  • Assisting with regulatory and disciplinary prosecutions;

  • Acting for commercial clients in tort disputes;

  • Advising public bodies on their powers and obligations; and

  • providing advice to New Zealand Defence Force, drawing on his experience as an officer in the Army Reserves.

Joseph has been credited for articles in New Zealand Law Journal and Trusts and Trustees on developments in trust law.
