Nicole is a Crown Prosecutor and represents the Crown in prosecuting serious crimes. Nicole regularly conducts jury trials in both the District Court and High Court, and has appeared on behalf of the Crown in the Court of Appeal. Nicole is classified as an Intermediate Crown Prosecutor.
Nicole frequently conducts jury trials involving allegations of sexual offending, Class A drug offending, and serious violence, including homicide. Nicole also regularly appears for the Department of Corrections in proceedings involving applications for extended supervision orders and before the Parole Board.
Nicole also conducts prosecutions on behalf of Government agencies, which includes advising on charging decisions.
Prior to joining Luke Cunningham Clere Nicole worked for the office of the Northland Crown Solicitor.
